Multi mesh SL 9437 was introduced at the Rotational Molding Conference in Montreal. This new Jerico Plastic compound is based on a proprietary formulation and has a special blend of multiple particle distributions. This combination enhances material flow and fill for a wide range of hard to mold applications. Multi Mesh SL 9437 will mold at normal LLDPE compound temperatures which will allow for improved arm scheduling.
Jerico Plastic has researched the industries requirements for improved stiffness, good impact resistance, and harder surface requirements. Not only does Jerico's SL materials meet those desired results, but it also improves the clean ability of any application. When used in conjunction with highly polished tools, SL 9437 gives a glossy ABS style appearance.
